🐾 Breed & weight guidelines

Restricted breeds

For the safety of our communities, the following breeds (or mixes of them) are not permitted:

Pitbulls (or mixes)RottweilersAmerican StaffordshireAkitasMastiffsPresa CanariosHuskiesGerman ShepherdsChow ChowsDobermansWolf HybridsCane CorsosMalamutesGreat Danes

♿️ Service animals & ESAs

Service animals are always welcome and are not subject to pet fees, deposits, or breed/weight restrictions. Service animals are not pets under the law, and we honor that fully.

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs)

ESAs are considered as a reasonable accommodation. To request one, you'll provide documentation from a licensed physician or mental health provider who is currently treating you or has a history of treating you for the relevant condition.

  • Documentation must confirm the ESA is necessary for your well-being.
  • The provider must have a genuine therapeutic relationship with you — online-only or one-time evaluations are not sufficient.
  • Each request is reviewed individually in accordance with applicable law.

Renters insurance is required for tenants with ESAs, and up-to-date vaccination records may be requested.
